Accessing Your Chat History

According to the Amazon Help Center, you can access your chat history by logging into the Customer Service live chat. Your old chat sessions will be visible above any new ones you start.
To find your chat history on desktop:
- Log in to Amazon.
- Navigate to the Customer Service live chat.
Phone
There is no direct way to access your Amazon chat history when interacting with customer service via phone.
